One of my favorite healthy spots in San Francisco 🥰 Everything is organic + free of gluten, dairy, soy, eggs + trans fat. Love the quiches, lemon bars + gorgeous cupcakes. Definitely worth a visit!
One month ago, at 40 weeks 2 days pregnant, I took a morning Lagree Pilates class, spent Christmas Day with the family...and by the next morning was holding baby girl in my arms. 💖
I like to think staying active during pregnancy contributed to my quick and complication-free labor + delivery and fast recovery (I’ve been walking 1-6 miles per day since I got home from the hospital, and hoping to get officially cleared for exercise at 6 weeks). 🙌🏻

Hi, I’m Sarah and I’m a nut butter addict
And it tastes the best when it’s homemade. I just toss a bag of @traderjoeist almonds, walnuts, peanuts, whatever into the @vitamix, blend for a looong time (stopping often to scrape down the sides) and voilà. Heaven on a spoon.
Sometimes I’ll add a little maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla or coconut flakes ... if I’m feeling cray.
After getting into all the Easter 🍰 and 🍾, closing out the weekend with turkey meatballs + carrot noodles (coodles?).
Just mixed ground turkey breast with chopped parsley, garlic, coriander + red chili flakes, then cooked on the stove in a little coconut oil. 🥕
The coodles are from @traderjoeslist (frozen section). Warmed ‘em up, then mixed it all together with arrabiata sauce + nutritional yeast.
This warm weather has got me craving poke bowls (even more than usual). ☀️ Counting down my top 7 spots to score poke in San Francisco on the blog (link in profile) 🍣

Took myself out to lunch today 💁🏼♀️ at one of my fave healthy vegan spots, @judahlicioussf. Got the “No Shirt No Shoes” - black beans and rice with grilled veggies, sesame tomato sauce, tomatillo, cashew cream + 🥑. So damn good.
I’ve been dying to try @wholesomebakery for months and let’s just say it did NOT disappoint.
This chai loaf was the perfect snack on a rainy afternoon. AND all their goodies are vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, guilt-free. Is it too soon to go back? 🤔

PB + BANANA F U D G E 😋 and it’s healthy too, whaaat!
Mash 2 bananas + blend with 1 cup PB2 powdered peanut butter, 1/2 cup peanut butter + 3 stevia packets. Spread into 8X8 pan and bake at 350 for 25-30, let cool, then refrigerate.
Vegan, gluten-free + under 100 calories per piece. Thanks for the recipe @hungrygirl!
After eating all the 🍕 + 🍪 + 🍷 this weekend, cleaning things up with salmon + artichoke-fregola pilaf. Sometimes I get disappointed in myself for getting off track, but the best thing to do is just to get right back on track the next day. And I mean ... YOLO. 👍🏻
